The official drug testing procedures are based on those established by the Department of Health and Human Services. Only laboratories certified by Health and Human Services under the National Laboratory Certification Program (NLCP) may be used. These procedures exist to safeguard accuracy and to protect the privacy of drivers.

What does ARCpoint do to prevent external dilution?

A. ARCpoint adheres to DOT standards that require that no water be accessible in the collection area (there are no faucets or sinks) and that the toilet water be tinted blue. Flushing the toilet is not allowed.

What if I forget my ID on the day I'm supposed to take my test?

A. Every employee being tested at an ARCpoint facility is required to show proper picture identification before they can take a test. No ID, no test.
